“4.2In the 1970s when the library was relocated the building became part of Chelsea College, with related minor alterations; in 2006 the building was converted to accommodate the Hampshire School, with substantial alterations across parts of the building including the removal of a secondary staircase, several partitions to provide classrooms, the insertion of a lift and the addition of a mezzanine across the north-west rooms of the ground-floor of the building.”
