Summary of planning committee decision
Decided by Dacorum Development Management on 21 Aug 2025.
What was proposed

“The application being sought is a Major Outline Planning Application for construction of up to 150 dwellings (Use Class C3), an education and community facility, play space, landscaping and access. The outline permission seeks approval for access only.”

The proposals also seek to deliver a “farmstead garden” with a café, farm shop, therapy gardens, animals and growing spaces. Kings Langley Secondary School (KLSS) and Sunnyside Rural Trust (SRT) will work together to deliver and manage the farmstead.”
