Loss of a historic building

An objection said north Birmingham has lost too many historic large houses and that this application would remove another one without supporting regeneration.

“OFFICIAL property shrub/tree cover and natural noise mitigation and to prevent visual pollution to prevent negative impact on neighbouring properties. • The Children’s Trust comments should not be given any weight in the decision, because it is their application. • It should also be noted that a lack of the required provision is not a reason for this to be the correct site for such provision.”
