T1 London Plane (Platanus × acerifolia) Carry out cyclical crown management works to the mature London Plane by removing all recent extension growth and reducing back to the previous established reduction points. Works to include the selective removal of approximately 2-3 metres of new growth throughout the canopy, reinstating the tree to its previous management profile whilst maintaining a balanced and uniform crown structure. T2 - Magnolia Carry out a sensitive crown prune and reshape, selectively removing excessive, crossing or unbalanced growth whilst retaining the tree's natural form and amenity value. T3 - Lime Tree Prune back overhanging lateral growth to the boundary wall line and undertake a crown lift to provide approximately 5 metres clearance above street level, removing growth encroaching onto the public highway and associated infrastructure. T4 - Weeping Willow Prune back overhanging growth to the boundary wall line, maintaining a balanced canopy whilst reducing encroachment beyond the property boundary. T5 - Eucalyptus Pollard tree back to suitable historic reduction points in order to maintain size and manage future growth.
