Non-Material Amendment to Planning Permission granted 14th February 2017 to allow the temporary use of five existing cluster units, B1.1 to B1.5, on the first floor of Block B as five Houses in Multiple Occupation within Use Class C4 for a period of five years. The units comprise 28 bedspaces and would be occupied by non-students during this period. No physical alterations are proposed, and all other accommodation within the Oldway Centre would remain in approved student accommodation use.
