“In the discussion that followed Members raised concerns about the impact the application would have visually on the area, on light pollution, public safety and use of the car park. The Officer confirmed that the locker would not have advertising and that the design was a mixture of black, grey, silver with white text, which were instructions on how to use the locker. The lighting would be situated on the in the canopy of the locker only pointing downwards.”

“After the discussion, the Chairman proposed a motion to approve the application as per the officer’s recommendation with the additional information contained in the addendum. (NB.
