Repairs to combined modern (1970s) walling and associated roofing on the most westerly gable and attached northerly walling adjacent, Remove modern (1970s) 5x PVC and Aluminium type double glazed windows, refit, replace as necessary, Remove dilapidated double roman clay roofing tiling, tar based underfelt, refit, replace as necessary, Remove all leaded valleys and repair/replace valley underboards and leadwork, refit/replace as necessary, Repair and/or replace existing roofing as necessary, Repair modern dilapidated pink gypsum plaster boarding/gypsum plaster from ceilings/walls and replace as necessary as existing, Refit existing Double Roman tiles with reclaimed tiles on new battens and fully breathable felt and Repair/Rebuild outer stone walling on westerly rear gable and northern aspects on existing 1970's cavity walling (Implemented).
