All proposed works will retain existing roof profiles, ridge/eaves heights, and will not project more than 150mm beyond the plane of any existing roof slope, fully complying with Schedule 2, Part 1, Class C of the GPDO 2015 (as amended). Fenestration & Internal Layout Alterations (Class A). Installation of new double-glazed French doors to the rear ground-floor kitchen elevation. Materials and framing to be of a similar appearance to the existing dwellinghouse. Internal alterations include non-structural partition adjustments to create a ground floor W/C and the relocation of the electrical consumer unit to the ground floor hallway. Access, Hard-standings & Boundaries. No creation or alteration of highway access. No layout of new streets, construct of new hard-standings, or changes to existing means of boundary enclosure. Drainage: Foul waste from the new ground floor W/C and wash basin will connect internally via gravity into the property's existing foul drainage network. Surface water runoff from roof surfaces will drain into existing gutters and down pipes unaltered.
