Proposal
Construction of a single-storey side extension to the existing bungalow. The extension will be attached to the existing dwelling and constructed on new foundations with external walls finished to match the existing property where practicable. The extension will incorporate a glazed pitched roof with uPVC framing and double-glazed units.
