26/04756/TR - Tree Works Current

Proposal

Removal of leylandii to front of Pinecroft Main Street Walton on left hand side of pedestrian gate as house is viewed from road. Tree is approaching utility wiring directly above it and is impacting our property due to excessive requirement for water and nutrients whilst giving nothing back. It is also a biodiversity graveyard and doesnt attract birds, mammals, or pollinators or other insects and we will replace it with two trees appropriate for the space and with a view to attracting greater variety of fauna and chosen to not impact ours or other peoples property. These will complement the street scape and nature of the smaller front garden we have created. Data via plota.co.uk
