Condition 4 - Full specifications are provided for: (A) internal joinery; (B) internal and external ventilation; and (C) method statement and detailed drawing of the new ceiling build-up whilst maintaining the existing ceiling line. Condition 5 - Method statement and plans for all works to the electrical wiring, plumbing and heating are included within the submission. Condition 6 - Confirmed.
