Application for Non-Material amendment to planning permission ref: PA/19/00764, Dated 20/11/2019. Non Material amendment(s) Sought: It is proposed to reduce the scope of internal works when compared with the consented scheme, resulting in fewer heritage interventions and retaining a greater extent of the Warehouse's existing historic fabric: ? The lightwell to the basement floor will not be opened up; ? A smaller eastern section of the mezzanine is proposed; ? The floor build-up and finished levels have been adjusted to reflect proposed underfloor heating and polished concrete screed; ? The WC and studio kitchen are proposed to be located near the plant room to minimise drainage and servicing requirements; and ? A limited amount of internal partitioning is proposed for the WC, print and IT rooms, together with glazed partitioning to the workshop arches. This application should be read in conjunction with the Listed Building Consent (LBC) application (Ref PA/26/00926/NC) submitted in June 2026 by Karakusevic Carson Architects (KCA).
