Proposal

Application for Non-Material amendment to planning permission ref: , Dated 20/11/2019. The lightwell to the basement floor will not be opened up; ? A smaller eastern section of the mezzanine is proposed; ? The floor build-up and finished levels have been adjusted to reflect proposed underfloor heating and polished concrete screed; ? A limited amount of internal partitioning is proposed for the WC, print and IT rooms, together with glazed partitioning to the workshop arches. This application should be read in conjunction with the Listed Building Consent (LBC) application (Ref PA/26/00926/NC) submitted in June 2026 by Karakusevic Carson Architects (KCA).
