“Cllr G Kilgour – Spoke against the application highlighting the overconcentration and cumulative impact. They noted that an HMO next door had raised issues with ASB and police attendance which had an impact on residents and there was safety concerns about properties near by being bungalows for vulnerable residents. They noted a significant number of objections couldn’t be ignored and that the residential amenity should be considered before allowing the application.”
