W/26/0957/LB - Listed Building Consent Registered

Proposal

The proposal comprises the replacement of the existing timber French windows (forming a pair of glazed French doors) on the principal (street-facing) elevation of the Grade II Listed Building. The existing outer timber frame will be retained in situ, with only minor localised repairs undertaken where necessary using matching timber spliced into the existing frame. The replacement French window leaves will be manufactured as like-for-like timber replicas, matching the existing dimensions, glazing arrangement, moulding profiles, opening method and painted finish. No alterations are proposed to the existing masonry opening, surrounding historic fabric or external appearance of the building. Data via plota.co.uk
