Proposal

The application seeks to formally establish that the planning permission granted on appeal under reference APP/ (original LPA ref: ) on 25th October 2022 has been lawfully commenced within the statutory three-year time limit and is, therefore, extant in perpetuity. Between 21st October 2025 and 24th October 2025, the following material operations were carried out on-site in direct accordance with the approved plans: Demolition of Existing Garages: The single-storey brick garages and concrete plinth on the site were fully demolished and cleared. Site Clearance and Ground Preparation: The overgrown scrub vegetation was cleared. A reduced dig excavation was carried out across the site to establish the approved layout levels. Laying of Geotextile Membrane & Crushed Concrete: A geotextile membrane was laid over the cleared area to prevent vegetation regrowth, and crushed concrete was imported and compacted over the site to form the sub-base for the approved access road and turning head (Section 56(4)(d)). Installation of Security Infrastructure: Permanent entrance gate posts were installed, and security gates were hung to secure the site entrance. Data via plota.co.uk
