APPLICATION FOR (PLOT 14B SITE - ABBEY ROAD) NON-MATERIAL AMENDMENTS TO PLANNING APPLICATION ...(The application proposes to amend the description of development to the original Reserved Matters Consent () to the following to reflect the changes made to the parent Outline Planning Permission: Application for approval of Reserved Matters (Phase 2A & 2B) following Outline Planning Permission ref: (as amended by applications ref. and ) (with all matters reserved, except in relation to parameter plans) for the comprehensive phased regeneration of High Path Estate comprising demolition of all existing buildings and structures; providing up to 1570 residential units (C3 Use Class); provision of up to 9,900 sqm of commercial and community floorspace (inc, replacement and new floorspace:, comprising up to 2,700 sqm of Use Class A1 and/or A2, and/or A3 and/or A4 floorspace, up to 4,100 sqm of Use Class B1 (office) floorspace, up to 1,250 sqm of flexible work units (Use Class B1), up to 1,250 sqm of Use Class D1 (community) floorspace; up to 600 sqm of Use Class D2 (gym) floorspace); provision of new neighbourhood park and other communal amenity spaces, incl children’s play space; public realm; landscaping, lighting; cycle parking (incl visitor cycle parking) and car parking (inc within ground level podiums), associated highways and utilities works. The application also proposes amendments to the design of the proposed terraced houses to be provided on Plot 14B (on Abbey Road), to include the delivery of one additional house. The revised drawing no’s are listed above in this letter. The proposed amendments would comprise of the following; - The proposed changes to the description of development would reflect amendments subsequently agreed in the description of development for the parent Outline Planning Permission. The amendments would also reflect changes already agreed to the phasing strategy and s73 planning permissions which have been granted since the RMA. - The proposed amendments would also update the drawings listed in condition 2 of the RMA () to reflect changes to the design of the proposed terraced houses on Plot 14B (on Abbey Road), to include the delivery of one additional house. NON MATERIAL AMENDMENTS RELATE TO: THE PROPOSED TREES WILL BE RELOCATED INTO NEW PLANTERS CLOSER TO THE HOUSES AND AWAY FROM THE HIGHWAY LAND OWNERSHIP. THIS WILL MOVE THE TREES OUT OF MERTON HIGHWAYS LAND AND INTO CLARION-OWNED LAND, WHILE MAINTAINING APPROPRIATE LANDSCAPING AND TREE PROVISION WITHIN THE SITE. THE FOOTPATH HAS BEEN AMENDED TO ENSURE THAT IT IS LOCATED WITHIN THE MERTON HIGHWAYS BOUNDARY AND PROVIDES A CONTINUOUS FOOTPATH IN FRONT OF THE HOUSES. Data via plota.co.uk
