“Members heard from Elizabeth Metcalf on behalf of local residents and then from Gabriella Dyche, the agent. In the discussion that followed Members asked questions regarding effect on the nearby Milton Court, the responsibility of the maintenance of the play area and the impact of traffic on the A25. In addition, Members raised concerns regarding the cycle access to the site via Nutcombe Lane and the increased use of the lane by cyclists and potentially delivery drivers.”
