Proposal

475 Yucca Group - remove 40mm stem from northern end tree at 1.5m from ground level - Remove the 40 mm stem to address overcrowding within the group and improve the spacing, form of the retained stems. 477 Pine - Remove deadwood greater than 25mm in diameter. cut back encroaching lateral branches from site building to give 2.5-3m clearance - Remove deadwood greater than 25 mm in diameter as a precautionary safety measure, particularly where branches could fall within areas used by people or adjacent to the building. Prune the encroaching lateral branches to provide an appropriate clearance of approximately 2.53 m from the building, reducing direct contact and allowing sufficient space for future growth. 478 Sycamore - crown reduce by 1.5-2m to previous points, remove epicormic growth to a height of 6m from ground level - Reduce the crown back to the established previous pruning points to contain regrowth, maintain the tree at a size appropriate for its location and retain a balanced crown. Remove epicormic growth from the lower stem to improve clearance and maintain the tree?s managed form. 479 Sycamore -remove epicormic growth at 2.9m from ground level - Remove the specified epicormic growth from the lower stem to maintain clear access around the tree and prevent the development of low-level secondary stems. 480 Liquidamber - crown reduce by 1-1.5m to suitable growth points reduce elongated lateral branches to inside of site boundary. - Undertake a moderate crown reduction to suitable growth points to manage the tree?s overall size and retain a balanced, natural crown. Reduce the elongated lateral branches to within the site boundary to address encroachment while retaining the principal crown structure. 482 Fig - crown reduce by 1-1.5m, crown lift to a height of 1.5m from ground level. - Reduce the crown to control the tree?s size and spread within its available growing space. Crown lift to 1.5 m to improve low-level clearance and maintain reasonable access around Data via plota.co.uk
