ONE Lime tree (T1) Height: 11m - Crown reduce by 2?3m in height and 1?1.5m laterally, pruning back to suitable secondary growth points while maintaining a balanced and natural crown form. The works will leave an approximate finished height of 9m and an approximate finished crown spread of 4m. Justification: Routine arboricultural maintenance to manage the tree's size and form, reduce end-weight and sail area within the crown, and help mitigate the risk of storm-related branch failure. The tree is displaying poor form with some tip dieback, and the proposed works are considered proportionate to improve crown structure while retaining the tree as a landscape feature.
