What the agent said

The agent supported the application, saying it kept nine units, improved commercial viability and would have no greater planning impacts.

Members’ questions

Members discussed access, design changes, family appeal, site boundaries and whether existing conditions would remain in force.

“General debate - Councillor Chris Evans (Local Member) stated that, as with the previous proposal, he had concerns regarding the road and access arrangements to the site. He commended the improvements that had already been made, noting that the site was now in a significantly better condition and that care had been taken to improve its surroundings.”

“Councillor Merfyn Parry sought assurance that the revised application remained within the originally approved site boundary and did not involve further encroachment onto the adjoining open space. He emphasised the importance of adhering to the original site boundaries and conditions.”
