Proposal
I have attached visuals showing the proposed design for the shop frontage. The signage has been designed to be simple, elegant and sympathetic to the existing property, with the original brickwork and window and door framework being retained. The proposed changes include: 1. Haus of Joy signage above the shop frontage 2. Window frosting to provide privacy for clients 3. No major structural alterations to the existing shop front Please could you review the attached design and advise whether planning permission or advertisement consent is required, and if so, what I would need to provide to make the appropriate application. I would be grateful for your guidance before proceeding with any works. Data via plota.co.uk
