Proposal

Tree T1: No felling or pruning is proposed. This application seeks consent for the proposed outbuilding within T1s root protection area (RPA), using a reinforced concrete slab supported above ground on screw piles. The existing concrete hardstanding within the RPA will be removed carefully using hand tools or low-impact pneumatic equipment. Screw-pile locations will be adjusted to avoid roots 25 mm or greater in diameter. An arboriculturist will supervise the sensitive removal and excavations, and the tree protection fencing and ground protection shown on the submitted Tree Protection Plan will be installed and maintained during construction. The construction of the shed is within permitted development rights. Data via plota.co.uk
