I write in respect of the above site, as shown in the attached red-line plan. I request a copy of the original planning permission for the building, which I believe was approved alongside the adjoining hotel, blue on the approved plan, in the early 1990s. 1. I wish to request a copy of the decision notice and the associated legal agreement. 2. I would also like a list of the relevant planning permissions on the site, which appear to pre-date the information contained on the Councils website. Furthermore, a lawful development certificate was recently approved - Ref: . 3. I also request a copy of the officers report for this. Data via plota.co.uk
