We would like to prune the branches of a the Yew tree on our property which is subject to a TPO (Tree Preservation Order No.3, Pwllmeyric, First Schedule T6 with situation grid reference 51979257). This tree is located on our property but overhangs the public pavement and A48 road underneath.
