Repairs to existing clay tiled roof of front porch comprising lifting and replacement of existing clay tiles, battens and roofing membrane which have failed in several places and leak rainwater. Repairs to roof timbers (if required) and incorporation of insulation between roof/interior ceiling timbers. Re-instatement of roof to remain the same as existing. Lead flashing band and matching Lime render applied at joint of new roof tiles to vertical wall surfaces. Replacement clay tiles to be equivalent colour, form and size match to existing.
