Building works have commenced through the excavation of a foundation trench within the approved development footprint, adjacent to Unit 2 as shown on the approved plans. The works comprise the mechanical excavation of a foundation trench to a depth and extent consistent with foundation construction and associated groundworks required to facilitate the approved residential development.
