DM/0731/26/TCA - Works to a tree in a Conservation Area Pending Consideration

Proposal

The beech tree is to the front of the house, just to the right of the entrance gate and close to the gate. Detailed report on the tree as at 2023 is included in the original planning application . The tree has continuted to push the wall over and earlier this year it had to be dismantled as it was leaning over the path and there was movement when pressure applied. Pictures of wall and tree just prior to dismantling are attached. We wish to reinstate the wall exactly has it had been and have already done on the other side of the gate following the removal of the other of the pair. Picture of new wall shown in one of the pictures of remaining tree. Data via plota.co.uk
