The variation seeks the following: - Levelling of the basement lightwell floor - Replacement of the approved paving slabs to the second floor terrace with a decking finish - A minor increase in the height of the lightwell rooflight - Retention of a greater extent of historic brickwork at the basement vault openings - Opaque glazing to windows - Replacement of the Level 04 rear windows - Repairs to the terrace coping stones, extension of the approved paint removal methodology - Removal of modern, aged paint from flank elevation - Internal work includes revised partitioning, reconfiguration of WCs and ancillary areas (Listed Building Consent ref.P2026/2352/LBC also submitted) Data via plota.co.uk
