Description

birch tree, front patio of the communal part of the property - roots appear to be damaging the front tiling, and falling leaves frequently block both the front drains and our gutters. Neighbour at 40 Lakeside Road has raised concerns about the mess the tree causes in her front patio. Branches have also been known to fall onto the pavement. Given these issues, we would like to have the tree removed. As far as we are aware, the tree was planted by a previous tenant and is not owned by the council. We have been advised by the council to make an application (reference number for that correspondence: 5524473) Data via plota.co.uk
