Proposed Non-Material Amendment to Planning Permission 26/00425/VAR- 1) Hotel elevation treatment updated from composite sandwich panel to metal plank system; 2) Relocation of north east roof plant to the rear elevation, and increased extent of western plant room; 3) Introduction of Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) to the hotel roof in the north-east corner; 4) Plant screen extents to roof updated; 5) Guardrail added to parts of roof as edge protection; 6) Ground floor external doors have been updated on the hotel front elevation (north elevation); 7) Proposed external louvres on the hotel rear elevation (south elevation). 3no. louvres are proposed at ground floor level and 3no. are proposed at Level 1; 8) Cladding on the southern elevation has dropped circa 250mm above the under-croft car park; 9) Non-vision spandrel panels added to curtain walling at ground level; 10) Feature gold band flashing extended to meet external door on east elevation; and 11) Bike store relocated at ground floor closer to hotel entrance.
