Discharge of Condition 5 of previously approved application LA06/2023/1513/F which states:- Within one month of the extension becoming operational, an additional noise survey and verification report shall be submitted to an approved in writing by the Council. This report shall confirm the specification of all plant associated with the extension and any associated noise attenuation measures included. It shall confirm that the combined rating level of plant and equipment associated with the proposed extension in relation to current background sound levels at all nearby receptors as specified in table 6 of the Noise Impact Assessment Report. The specific noise level from any plant/ equipment shall be rated to include a correction for tonal, impulsive noise or any other features that draw attention to it in accordance with BS4142:2014.
