Amendments sought to the garage comprising of: erection of a single storey rear extension, installation of a new door opening to northern elevation and changing the materials of the approved garage doors from timber to metal doors to eastern elevation; Amendments sought to the main building comprising of: installation of 2no air bricks to southern elevation at upper ground floor level, re-location of the post drop to front boundary wall, installation of a dedicated letterbox within the existing pedestrian gate serving the approved self-contained studio, erection of a brick bin store within the front garden, and installation of a timber slatted enclosure with associated soft landscaping to screen the approved external plant within the rear garden.
