Proposed research and training centre comprising: (i) demolition of existing outbuildings - B, D, E, F, part P, K; (ii) erection of new buildings including single storey engagement space, laboratory and public WCs; two storey accommodation block and single storey bat building; (iii) conversion and alterations to existing buildings including farmhouse (Building A) to ground floor flat and with remainder of ground floor, first floor and second floor to ancillary workspace; Building C to ground floor canteen with commercial kitchen and first floor lounge, laundry and domestic kitchen; Building G to welcome space; Building I to lecture hall; Building J to laboratory; Building P to laboratory; Building L to workshop; and Building M to site storage; and (iv) site-wide infrastructure including alternation to vehicular access; formation of parking area; drainage infrastructure and landscaping.
