Description

Discharge of condition 23 or previously approved application LA06/2021/1476/F which states: A final Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council prior to the commencement of development or ground preparation or vegetation clearance. The CEMP shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details, and all works on site shall conform to the approved CEMP, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Council. The CEMP shall include details of: a) All mitigation detailed in Document 4: Outline CEMP (updated March 2024) and Document 5: Pond Restoration and Newt Mitigation Plan (updated August 2024); b) Construction methodology and timings of works; c) Pollution Prevention Plan; including suitable buffers between the location of all construction works, storage of excavated spoil and construction materials, any refuelling, storage of oil/fuel, concrete mixing and washing areas and any watercourses or surface drains present on or adjacent to the site; d) Site Drainage Management Plan; including Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS), foul water disposal and silt management measures; e) Environmental Emergency Plan; f) Final Protected Species Management and Lighting Plan; g) Final Pond Restoration and Newt Mitigation Plan including timetable for implementation of pond restoration works.
