Discharge of Condition No. 6 of - Prior to the construction of the drainage network, the applicant shall submit a Drainage Assessment, compliant with FRD 3 of the LDP, to be agreed with the Council which demonstrates the safe management of any out of sewer flooding emanating from the surface water drainage network, agreed under Article 161, in a 1 in 100 year event, including an allowance for climate change (10%) and urban creep (10%).
