Non Material Amendment to approved application 20/02989/FUL to include the repositioning of two windows to the north elevation; addition of one window to the west elevation; replacement of the shallow V principal glazed screen with a straight alignment and revision of the gable window to the south elevation; relocation of the workshop personnel door into the adjoining carport; addition of three roof lights to the flat roof; and associated revisions to the internal layout, retaining approximately 60 metres squared of dedicated workshop floor space.
