Proposal

Proposed non-material amendment to planning permission S/2011/0383/F (Appeal Ref : 2011/A0263) comprising minor external and internal alterations to five approved house types (Harrisberg Cottages A, B and C, Chambers Cottage and Estate Cottage A) at Plots 369-379, 382 and 385-386, Ballantine Garden Village. The amendments comprise: changing front entrance door heads from arched to square; introducing brick soldier courses over openings; squaring of dormer and alleyway arched heads; removal of a first floor front window over the alleyway; removal of rear returns/porches with wall straightening and replacement of rear doors and windows with patio doors (reducing floor area); reduction in width of selected rear and kitchen windows; removal of a rear rooflight; removal of brick quoins and velux rooflights to Estate Cottage A; removal of dummy chimneys to Chambers Cottage; and associated minor cill adjustments to suit revised internal layouts.
