“PROPOSAL 3.1 The proposal comprises the installation of up to 20 solar panels on the listed barn situated to the rear of the main dwelling. The solar panels would be located on the west and east roof slopes of the barn and would be black to reflect the appearance of the existing corrugated metal roof. In addition to this, it is proposed to replace the existing timber gates along the Orange Lane boundary of the site, with timber gates measuring approximately 1.1m x 2.4m.”
