Non Material Amendment to original planning consent SDNP/24/02599/FUL - The roof plan shows 6 x flat rooflights on the North facing pitched roof at standard sizes of 600mm x 400m. This application is seeking to amend to insert just 3 roof lights in this roof area but slight bigger to 600mm x 1000mm. A proposed new window to the east side of the pitched roof barn type section of the dwelling to provide light to the kitchen sink and food preparation area. This window will face a 2.6m retaining wall so it is not overlooking anyone and cannot be overlooked itself and cannot be seen any other households. Size will be 1500mm wide by 1000m high. Finally, it is proposed to raise the levels of the 1st bedroom and utility area to the same level as the living areas to provide accessibility single storey living. Bedroom 2 would remain lower and still accessed by descending 2 small steps. Drawings provided show in broken red line the height of the existing dwelling against the outline height of the proposed new elevations along with how this level change also interacts with the living accommodation.
