“Description of site 4.1 Holmbush Carpark is a large, hard surfaced carpark, located on the western side of Lyme Regis, on the southern side of Pound Street, above Cobb Road. The southern area of the carpark is well screened to the south, east and west by mature trees. The main access road through the carpark runs on a north to south axis, becoming a private access road at the southern end, known as Pine Walk. 5.”
