Non-material amendment to Approved P/A P/FUL/2023/01400 (Remodel and refurbishment of the RNLI lifeboat station with proposed extension in place of existing off-shot to provide a compliant internal staircase, new external penetrations in line with building services refurb; Existing entrance doors replaced with like for like units; alterations to front and rear doors & and rear window) Works to now include replacement of roof coverings over main building with new SSQ Riverstone Slate, with small penetrations made through the roof for extract ventilation from WCs and equipment drying areas. Existing roof lights over the rear half of the main pitched roof to be enlarged to allow for Natural Ventilation strategy. No height increase to main pitched roof area.
