Under Regulation 15 of The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended), request for a Scoping opinion, to agree the content of an Environmental Statement (ES) Addendum to support a Section 73 planning application pursuant to permitted application 18/03022/EIA (Outline application with all matters reserved except access for a housing led mixed use redevelopment comprising up to 1,000 new homes, 1.31 hectares of employment land, a new primary school and pre-school, heritage centre, community facilities (including retail), open space, green infrastructure and associated works (This is not a planning application for the development, this is a scoping opinion request only under EIA regulations)
