“The application site comprises a car park located to the west of a former two/three- storey office building on Electric Avenue, close to Queens Drive. Full planning permission and prior approval were granted in 2025 for the conversion and extension of the office building (Riverleen House) to provide residential apartments, and those works are currently well underway.”
