Variation to condition 2 (approved plans) of planning application ref 2021/6253/P dated 07/10/2022 for 'Change of use from three flats to two residential flats (Class C3); extension of lower ground floor level with lightwells and excavation of new basement level; erection of a single storey rear extension at lower ground floor level with terrace and 2 single storey side extensions at lower and ground floors; minor alterations to the north, west and south elevations and front boundary treatment (following demolition of the existing side conservatory and rear extension' namely for replacement of consented timber gates with black-painted, permeable metal gates; installation of parcel storage box within front boundary wall; new railings; minor fenestration alterations; reduction in balustrade upstand height; reduction in extent of first floor west terrace and omission of west terrace extension; and installation of retractable awnings at lower ground floor.
