Description

Disharge of Condition 8 of previously approved application LA06/2023/2174/F, which states:- No development shall take place on-site until the method of sewage disposal has been agreed in writing with Northern Ireland Water or a Consent to discharge has been granted under the terms of the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 by the relevant authority. Evidence of this consent shall be submitted to the Council prior to the commencement of any development. Disharge of Condition 9:- Development shall not commence until the surface water drainage works have been submitted to and approved by the relevant authority and constructed by the developer in line with the approved design.
