Description

Clean mould off the main cellar walls, tank all walls and redecorate with an anti-fungal paint. Raise existing socket to the existing sump pump in the cellar higher and installation of an additional sump pump in the redundant cellar at a higher level. Installation of two dehumidifier and internally circulating ventilation in the cellar to improve humidity. Replace cellar cooling, remove the existing external condenser located in the alley, and install a new condenser on the flat roof on weighted big foot. Replace the two existing condensers on the rear wall in the courtyard with two new condensers and an additional third condenser. Bar area - replace all existing pythons using existing penetration, alterations to the back bar to improve the free pour areas by relocating existing fridges, installing additional shelving, and replacing granite counter tops like for like. New continuous ceiling fixed glass racks with two new spotlights. Section of back bar floor to receive new timber plywood battens and Altro where leaking pythons have caused damage and replacement of rotten timber beams to the bar walk which are saturated from python leaks and replace bar apron tiles like for like.
