OP-F412 3v1 Streatham Vale Condition 14 External noise break in assessment Condition 14: Prior to the commencement of the relevant part of the development above ground level, a scheme of noise and vibration attenuation shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The scheme shall take due account of the assumptions and recommendations detailed in Noise and Vibration Planning Report prepared by Sandy Brown Ltd Project No: 20362-R06-C dated 30 November 2021 and include measures to ensure adequate mechanical ventilation and prevention of overheating. The scheme shall achieve the habitable room standard as detailed in BS8233:2014 with no relaxation for exceptional circumstances and must include details of post construction validation. The approved noise, vibration and ventilation measures shall thereafter be retained and maintained in working order for the duration of the use in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To protect the amenity of future occupiers (Policies D13 and D14 of the London Plan (2021), and Policy Q2 of the Lambeth Local Plan (2021))
