DFI Roads were asked to comment on this variation of condition and they responded on 03.06.2026 suggesting an alternative condition stating: ‘The development hereby approved shall not become operational until the vehicular accesses, including visibility splays, any forward sight distance and right turn lanes, have been in accordance with…”
