Description

Remove non-original cast iron pot guards to front and rear. Helical bar repair to brickwork; lime repointing. To front garden relay drainage with new manholes; lift and relay york stone paving; new timber bin store; repair stone front steps. Replace modern railings and gate with cast iron railings and gate on new stone coping. Raise brick piers and replace caps with cast stone to match original. Repair railings to side boundaries. To rear garden: new bike store; new ASHP, new stone paving to side passage.
