T1 Beech tree as shown on plans in adjacent ground to Arbur farm on the junction of Ball lane and Clarke Lane, Bollington. Fell tree if possible due to the tree location being within 3m of the property, overhanging the entire property. The tree is showing signs of decay and earlier in the year a similar tree less than 100yards away fell over. Should this happen with this individual tree it would cause catastrophic damage to property and potentially a fatal risk to the humans on site.
